All products sold by us are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Customers are required to inspect their orders upon delivery. If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting wallstudiolk@gmail.com.
Your email must include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Order details
- Description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
